American Tool & Die's Conventional Machining and Fabrication Department uses time proven methods and machinery to produce either close tolerance or customer driven specification fixtures, jigs, weld fixtures and machined parts. Our highly trained and experienced personnel are capable of manufacturing all types of machined repair and replacement parts. American Tool & Die will design and build parts to meet a customer's requirements or we will work straight from a customer provided design. We are set up to do custom one-off or short run production as well as entire production run parts. American Tool & Die has the in-house capabilities to produce replacements that duplicate your existing part utilizing computerized reverse engineering methods. Whether your part is a complicated weldment or a single simple machined detail, we have the machinery and expertise to complete your job according to your requirements and expectations.
